Once we receive the item and original packaging, both in original condition, we will refund you in the same method purchased, with no restocking fees. (International shipments and Custom Orders please see restrictions below)

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. Custom Orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

International returns can receive a return shipping label within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 2-5% of purchase will be deducted.

Custom Orders:

Custom and Made to Order Items are not returnable.  At our discretion, Partial refunds will be authorized. If we sized your ring, a $100-$300 labor, precious metal charge will be deducted from your refund.
