○ We aim to offer the best possible price for items from Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Bulgari, Van Cleef & Arpels, Pomellato, Buccellati, David Yurman, and much more. If your item isn’t on this list, don’t worry—simply submit an inquiry and we’ll get back to you promptly with an evaluation.
○ Yes. We purchase non-branded gold and platinum jewelry, with or without diamonds. These pieces are typically valued based on their intrinsic gold weight (by the gram) and diamond weight (by the carat), so it’s helpful to provide this information when submitting your form. We pride ourselves on offering higher payouts than many smaller local shops, ensuring you receive strong value for your pieces.
○ Yes. We specialize in branded engagement rings from Tiffany & Co., Cartier, and Harry Winston, as well as non-branded rings. For non-branded pieces, we typically only look for rings with a center diamond certified by GIA, though we review each submission individually.
○ Yes. We buy select silver jewelry from top designers such as Tiffany & Co. (including the Return to Tiffany line and many Elsa Peretti designs), as well as pieces from David Yurman and John Hardy. If you have silver items from other fine jewelry brands, feel free to submit them for review—we’ll let you know quickly if they qualify.

Selling Process
○ Most clients are paid within 2–3 days from the time they ship their items. Once your package arrives, you can expect a final quote the same or next business day, with funds sent same day or within another 1–2 business days. If you choose payment by PayPal or e-check, you’ll often receive funds the same day your package is delivered to our office.
○ Having paperwork is always helpful, especially for branded items. Certificates of authenticity, brand evaluation papers, or original receipts make it easier for us to confirm authenticity. That said, paperwork is not always required—you can still submit your items without it, and we’ll let you know if anything further is needed.
○ For GIA-certified diamonds, please provide the GIA certificate number so we can verify the certificate directly.
○ Yes. We generally have a minimum purchase amount of $500 total. If you’re selling smaller pieces that may not meet this threshold individually, you can often combine multiple items to reach the minimum. We encourage you to submit your items through our form, and we’ll review everything together to give you the best possible offer.
■ At this time, importing jewelry from outside the United States is often not practical due to recent tariffs and added costs. While we focus primarily on purchases within the U.S., you are welcome to reach out with details about your item, and we can let you know if an exception may be possible.
○ Yes. We provide you with a fully insured shipping label along with clear packing instructions. Your package is shipped via FedEx Overnight with signature required, ensuring that it arrives securely and directly to our office.
○ You are never obligated to sell. If you change your mind at any point—even after shipping your items—we will return your merchandise to you, fully insured and at no cost. Your peace of mind is our priority.
