We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. In case you want to return your purchase, please send an email within 30 days of receipt to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label with shipping instructions for the return.
Once we receive the item and original packaging, both in original condition, we will refund you in the same method purchased, with no restocking fees. (International shipments and Custom Orders please see restrictions below)
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. Custom Orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Custom and Made to Order Items are not returnable. At our discretion, Partial refunds will be authorized. If we sized your ring, a $100-$300 labor, precious metal charge will be deducted from your refund.
