30 day returns : No hassle, no cost, no questions asked.
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. In case you want to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, please call us during business hours, or send an email to: office@thediamondoak.com with your name and order information, and we will email you a pre-paid / insured shipping label with shipping instructions for the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive the item and original packaging, we will refund you using the same method of purchase. (International shipments and Custom Orders please see restrictions below). Items returned which were altered or or not in the condition received, will not be accepted for returns and will be shipped back.
Restocking Fees: A Restocking fee of 3-6% will be applied to all returns based on method purchased; Bank wire: no fee , Credit Card: 3% , Payment Plans: 6%
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. Restocking fee will apply.
Custom Orders
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Refunds/returns will be decided on a case by case basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is not what you expected or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, not in original condition, gift cards, or custom orders as specified above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
